Sparky's Subs Franchise is a unique sandwich shop with a great "back east" style sub. Sparky's Subs Franchise originated in Spokane. Washington, where Mike "SPARKY" Sparkes opened his first store under the name of "Sparky's Firehouse Subs" in the winter of 1994. The restaurant was well received and has grown in the Spokane market to include several locations operated by Sparky, Inc. In May of 1998 Sparky's shortened its name to just " Sparky's Subs Franchise" and opened its first location outside the Spokane market in Tucson, Arizona. Sparky's is currently implementing an aggressive expansion program into several new markets.

Sparky's Subs Franchise prides itself on its high quality of food, generous portions and the fact that every sandwich is made fresh to order. Sparky's makes a fantastic sandwich that has almost twice the amount of product as its competitors at similar price. Sparky's believes in quality and freshness -our meats and cheese are sliced for the sandwich in front of the customer after they order, not in the back room or at some factory like so many others other sandwich shops.
